Our Carbon Fiber Surfboards are engineered with a carbon layup that ensures exceptional performance. The 3k carbon fiber layer provides full coverage, making the boards ultra-responsive and durable. To enhance strength and prevent pressure dents, a 4oz fiberglass cloth is strategically placed beneath the carbon layer on the deck's top side. This meticulous construction process guarantees that your board retains its first-surf feel for years to come.

  2. Precision-Engineered Carbon Fiber Cloth: Our carbon fiber cloth is wrapped around the entire exterior, meticulously engineered for the ideal combination of durability and flex. This precision ensures consistent performance across all our boards.

  3. Vacuum-Bagging Technique: To achieve flawless lamination, we use a vacuum-bagging technique that ensures uniform application of the carbon fiber cloth. This method, refined through years of research and development, guarantees a perfect bond.

  4. New Generation Epoxy Resin: We utilize a new generation clear epoxy resin throughout the lamination process. This resin offers excellent bonding characteristics with carbon fiber, enhancing the composite material’s strength, durability, and resistance to UV light, as well as improving its flex.
